FAQ: What's a remote-friendly team?

A team where:

• Not all of the employees work remote (i.e. some are fully remote and some are not fully remote).
• Remote work is considered a job benefit.
• Employees are required to work on the same timezone (or at least within a narrow timezone range).
• In regular meetings, some are located in the same room (co-located) while others are not.
• HR tasks (payroll, benefits, etc) support residents of just one country (or a limited number of them).
