Spread across 17 time zones in dozens of countries, we sign into Slack and open up our work tools on the schedule that fits our lives best. If you’re not taking enough vacation, your manager will give you a friendly reminder to do so. While we have unlimited PTO, we recommend Zapiens take at least 2 weeks, and most of us take 4-5 weeks per year in addition to local holidays.

Twice-annually, we come together for an all-team retreat that includes activities like crafting, basketball, karaoke, and rock climbing. We make space for everyone’s flavor of fun.
